Dr. Burns and his staff were very professional And I didn’t seem like just another number!
Very friendly staff. Thorough eye exam. Easy to schedule next appointment.
Dr. Burns and staff are all very professional. They listen to your concerns and care about any issues you may have.
Appointment was at 9.45 i check in 9:25 ish was passed over was told I'm next then 3 more went back ahead. Finally got called back 11:45! What the reason for appointment times. I truly understand time with customers but that should be considered when setting appointments. And there were 2 others that were complaining about there appointment times an waits.
