Terrible vet service. They are cheap but do not examine the animal. If you are truly concerned about your animal go somewhere else, Owner is rude and does not listen to what you are telling him. He just throws drugs at you. Staff can be rude also.

I have been vey well pleased with the efficiency of all the staff and have brought my dog in with very little wait time and no appointment.The doctor took a great deal of time discussing my pet's health needs and was very thorough in the treatment and tests to rule out any possible health issues.I would highly recommend them to anyone! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable while waiting for your pet? They were average Would you recommend this provider to others? Absolutely Not When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would? Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone Would you recommend this provider to someone who asks for a referral? No Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.

Dr. Ann Yowell has been a God send to me. She took care of my boys (some - the uninformed - called them cocker spaniels) with total love and dedication from the time I was lucky enough to find her at a veterinary practice in Concord until their deaths when she was working in Locust. I follow her - wherever she is working is where I try to take my "grandchildren".
