I came into the ER the other day. The young man at the front desk was very sassy , rude, and condescending. In a customer service role such as this you should be trained to be polite and calm and kind. He clearly either was not trained properly or just didn’t care about the patients. He claimed many times that there “weren’t any beds” but after being admitted my friend and I overheard him laughing with staff about how there were 3 open rooms he just didn’t feel like cleaning them. Everyone there I met were very helpful, polite, and of course professional. Martha Jefferson staff are always squared away.
Five stars is not enough for the excellent care I received here. From the moment I walked into the hospital for my procedure, until the time I left, I was treated wonderfully by the entire staff I interacted with starting with security, then the check in staff, the nurses (Stacey and Tee), the wonderful anesthesiologist on board (I’m sorry I don’t have his name) and, of course, Dr. Christman. On June 27, 2026, I was taken to the ER and subsequently admitted to the hospital! The care I received was “top-notch”…..from the doctors (Wiseman and Singh), the RNs (DeRon and Brittany), and the multiple therapists to the CPI (Cam)!
