I've worked with Kourtnie and Heather on dozens of files and can't recommend them enough. Albatross is truly second to none. As a notary it's important to receive docs on time and for title to be available to answer questions signers may have. Really have no idea how they do it juggling all they do but they are always responsive and eager to help. I'm never in the dark when it comes to any details and always feel prepared when I facilitate a closing for them.
5 complaints here: First compalint: I asked for a closing appt more than a week in advance and I followed up a couple times, yet they kept putting off confirming. Then finally, the day before, they let us know they had to send a mobile closer and charged my client 50% of that cost when it wasn't her fault. Second complaint: it took 5 days after closing for my office to receive the commission check with no apologies or explanation from this title company.
