When I listed my home for sale, my realtor suggested that I use another title company. I told him no that I had heard wonderful things about Albatross Title so I selected them as the closing agent. Boy, I am certainly glad that I did. Jade Hancock was the marketer and Chrissy Beresford was the closing agent. Overall unsatisfactory support for closing on my house. Throughout my process the main office number has not picked up my call and very unprofessional email correspondence. Getting different information from my loan broker and title agent. Seems like title agent is new at this. We’re making it work but it’s difficult and confusing.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Albatross Title Services, while purchasing a home. The seller selected Albatross and what a good decision that was. Kourtnie and Heather were terrific! They were both extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process.
