I had a very concerning experience with this company’s driver. While I was on the road, the driver aggressively cut me off and nearly ran me off the road. When I honked to signal my distress, he responded by flipping me off. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and companies shouldn’t have people representing them that behave in such a dangerous manner.
We recently had our roof redone by Albatross Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Dallas and Amanda were fantastic to deal. They were professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The crew was efficient, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. We recently had our cedar roofing replaced with asphalt shingles by Dallas and his team, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Called this company from a recommendation. Dallas came out right away and did some measurements and sent us the quote right away. Booked the appointment to get the work done. And no one ever showed up. Dallas said the guy was on his way. Our appointment was for 9-10 am and I finally called it off at 11:30 when no one showed. As a business owner, reliability is important.
