Outstanding Service! The main server computer for our retail business went down this morning. I dropped the unit off and within 10 minutes I had the diagnosis and within 45 minutes they had the new power supply installed and up and running. I could not imagine any better service than that. This was way beyond my expectations! Outstanding all the way around.
Did what I needed. Nothing too spectacular. When I made my appointment, and told them my problem, they seemed to understand and willing to help. I was expecting a more knowledgeable man to visit my home to fix my computer, but I knew more than he did. It was quite disappointing. He was a friendly gentleman, but possibly not in the right field of work. I felt as if they should not have charged me for the call. I called the manager and discussed the problem. Brings Computers Back to LIFE!!! WAAAAY better than say, best buy/geek squad. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and for the great quality of work they provided, i didn't even mind paying the little amount i had to! The employees know a lot about what they're doing and always explain things in a way that makes sense to the normal everyday basic-knowledge-of-computers type of person. Great service, great care! I would definitely recommend their services!

Fixed my computer FAST!!! I was told by best buy it would cost $250 to fix my computer, these guys got it done for $90 and they save my files, and it was done the next day...Thanks
Office Manager they have fixed my computer several times. They are pretty good, I would recommend them to anyone. Every time I take it to them, they explain to us what the problem was, and explain it in a way that we can understand.
Good store Albatross was awesome. Geat service, quick turn around, reasonable price, nice store. I would recommend to anyone that would need their computer repaired.
