Took my engagement ring/wedding band here to be appraised and never got it back. Was continually promised new dates and eventually a new ring to be made because he said he no longer had my original. Never got a new ring and still am without to this day. He's stopped responding to any messages, deleted his profiles and cleared out his shop
Do not trust this business. Once you drop off your jewelry, you will not get it back. He lies and delays deadlines which results in an inevitable outcome of never getting your valuables back.
Stole my engagement ring. Has continually lied and made up excuses. Refusing to give any details or replace it
