Dr is very personable. Listens and shoots you straight. Older office personnel was rude and very condescending. Needs to maybe attend some training on being welcoming and hospitable or maybe just needs to find another way to address her frustration with her work and not project her hostility towards those who do not deserve it. She seems to be easily frazzled. Never a good combination in a medical practice.
He is one amazing doctor. He cares and listens to you. Honest with his answers even if you don't care to hear what you should know. Very easy to talk to . Gets to what is going on with you. Takes him time to explain things in ways for you to understand.
