I like Silver Sneakers but 45-50 people in the room is too crowded.
I joined solely for the use of the pool for swimming laps. Recently pool hours have been cut and access to the pool is limited for members at times due to outside events being "hosted" by the Y, ( i.e. SCUBA classes, summer camps, etc.). The availability of the pool for exercise has decreased, but my membership dues have not. This is not the first time that availability of lap lanes for members to swim has been an issue. I am growing weary of having to fight for what I pay for.
I love, love water aerobics with Mario. He is an awesome instructor and will be thoroughly missed. I spin with Sam and she's awesome too. Ms. Loretta at the front desk is always pleasant and greets you with a smile every time. Been going for a few months now and so far so good�
