We had a great line dancing class at the Y yesterday. Everyone needs to start back . They are very careful when you go in. All silver sneakers need to look at their app.
Even though Central is an old building, it is kept very clean. All the staff members are helpful.
I have silver sneakers and i love the water areobics classes and swimming in the pool It is such fun.
I joined primarily for the use of the pool for lap swim, but the hours are terrible and I hardly ever use it. I tried my first group class today and the instructor never showed up! much of the equipment seems old, I do not recommend this gym!

People here don't realize how amazing this Y is. It has more cheap to free classes than other places, and actually has just more classes available than most places other than big cities. I travel a lot and several places I've been, there are only children's programs. Other places don't have the variety of classes, and most classes are not open for Basic members. This Y is just amazing in so many ways. You just don't realize how lucky you are!
I joined to have use of a pool. If the pool is open seems unavailable to swim laps.
