Should be able to give a -5 star review. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have delt with albany world of cars for years and every time there is new management it gets worse. This is coming from another repairer. The only good thing they have going for them it their parts department.
Bought a 2020 Hilux on the 16th May, after being told how all the cars go through their rigorous inspection process we noticed oil pooling under the vehicle an hour after being moved (leak coming from gearbox). 6 weeks & a lot of failed promises later around June 28th finally get the call to say the car is all good to go. Have had the car for 2 weeks, took it in for an independent assessment and mechanic found sagging suspension due to the weight of the bullbar and second battery is now causing tyres to scallop and will soon... read more

Sorry for the bad review but your after care and signed my wife up for extended warranty she wasn't understanding i will never buy a car off you ever again plus stop sending us emails of the car has to be serviced with you i can take the car anywhere to be serviced as its a used car
