My mother went there for a cough. She was made to stand out in the rain because of her symptoms even though they gave her a mask. You should be ashamed of yourselves to work in the medical profession. Just disgusting. What's the point of the mask if you ask someone to step outside anyway. How absolutely disgusting. Atrocious.
