Part of Albany World of cars. Need to go see there reception as the VW reception is now unmanned. You need to go to Mitsubishi section to get assistance.
At a recent service @ Albany VW - Touareg oil was under filled - raised as a concern at hand back and told by technician that it would come back to close to full on electronic readout - it didn’t and had it assessed @ helpful dealer in SA - it needed 500 ml of oil and had it checked for and found no leaks all at my expense that Albany refuse to take responsibility for - not good enough !!
Albany Volkswagon were sensational. They knew I was going away and went out of their way to ensure my car was ready well in time of my departure . They arranged to have the parts required through VW Australia for small warranty claim and were kind in lending me a demo car to use whilst the repairs to my car were being done.
