Can't even find my birth certificate even though I got adopted in new york state from florida. So was it not a real adoption?
I ordered my certificate through Vitalchek they said order will arrive with 7 to 10 business days. Day 8 I called it hadn't been processed. I call Albany directly the lady very nicely took my info, even emailed me 2 days later stating it was picked up from her office by usps, I should have it in 7 to 10 business days. Here it is 18 days later, still nothing received. I called the postmaster and they said 2 digit difference in zip code, it should have taken at most 3 days to get to me!!
