Ordered my birth certificate shipped overnight. Amazing can finally change my license was reluctant to order because I didn't want to be charged then wait months but it was smooth

They didn't provide me with a zip code in the email sent. My son had a name amendment done, I don't understand why I have to write it in. Why couldn't I fax it or scan it and email the court order. My son needs this for the military and time is sensitive. I just wish they could catch up with the 21st century and let things be done electronically. It's going to take 2 or 3 weeks before this gets processed and he still needs his SS card and state ID. But customer service on the phone was nice, but lacking information.

I have been trying to get amended birth certificates for my daughters for 6 months. My daughters are supposed to go to Paris this summer and they may miss this trip. This is the worst customer service ever. They say the only way to reach them is through email and they do not respond. I do not know what to do. I am going to find who monitors them and file a complaint. Others tell me to contact a politician. Not sure if that will work but it is worth a try.
