So. Today I visited this dealer to learn more about Volvo VNL860. I met the person name is Chuck. He treated me very nice and profissionally. I found him with great knowldge about trucking business. He guided me very well for purchasing the truck. He was very helpfull for everything what i wanted to explore more about Volvo. I will do the business with this place in the future also.
I took my truck to this shop thinking they’d do the job right the first time. They “repaired” it, but within the same week my truck broke down again with the exact same issue. Instead of standing by their work, they charged me all over again to fix what should have been handled correctly the first time. As a truck driver, I rely on my rig to make a living, and this kind of service is unacceptable. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and definitely not a place I would trust again.

We gave this place multiple chances before making the ultimate decision to take our business elsewhere - and that's for their service department. We bought our truck from the sales team at Gabrielli in Menands NY so naturally we wanted to keep bringing it there for service to keep it in the family.
