I took my truck to this shop thinking they’d do the job right the first time. They “repaired” it, but within the same week my truck broke down again with the exact same issue. Instead of standing by their work, they charged me all over again to fix what should have been handled correctly the first time. As a truck driver, I rely on my rig to make a living, and this kind of service is unacceptable. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and definitely not a place I would trust again.

We gave this place multiple chances before making the ultimate decision to take our business elsewhere - and that's for their service department. We bought our truck from the sales team at Gabrielli in Menands NY so naturally we wanted to keep bringing it there for service to keep it in the family. Thanks for getting my guy in and out yesterday with his surprise drop-in. As he’s a day cab driver the same-day attention is truly appreciated; he even made it all the way back to base after his fuel delivery issue was fixed. That’s certainly not something one sees everyday anymore- drop in with a cry for help and get immediate help. Well done, and EXCELLENT communication throughout the process.
