Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Paul Skrentny to help you with your car purchases if you visit Albany Subaru. I bought a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport. Paul knew everything about the car, didn't pressure me at all, and really made me feel comfortable purchasing my first Subaru. My last SUV was a 2006 Toyota RAV4, the technology in the new Subaru is miles ahead of where I was. It was great to have Paul walk me through all the new features. Super nice guy, super thorough.I They are lucky to have him.

After checking inventory in the Bay Area for the car we wanted, it was at 3 dealers. Albany Subaru via Don Huey was first to reply. We bargained on the phone. Two hours later the car was prepped, paper work prepped and we were out the door. A very friendly, fun, efficient experience with this dealer and Don. We bought the same vehicle a couple days earlier from another dealer and backed out after finding some damage they failed to identify. That was one of a few disappointments with the unnamed dealer. Service is excellent and salesman, Don Huey, is outstanding! I bought my older Forester from him when he was at another dealership, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Very honest person and easy to deal with!
Their customer support and careful explanation of all the alternatives, and follow up training on learning all the subtile capabilities of the Subaru Impreza. The Subaru is a wonderful car. I have owned two other Imprezas and the first one we drove from San Francisco to Guatemala and all over Central America for 12 years without a single problem.
