The knowledge at subaru Albany is very limited asked twice about startup rpm very high. No one new this both times. It is normal for a 2025 subaru at cold start to review between 1500 and 2000 rpm to heat up catalytic converter it also uses specific oil be cause of hi reving to prevent wear . Great service to fix my Subaru. Managed to get in at last minute over Xmas New Year to fix an issue so I could drive back to Perth same day. Very accommodating, fixed it quickly and cost was reasonable. Thanks so much and highly recommend
I've been meaning to leave this review for some time but I just haven't got around to it. I can see this dealer hasn't improved their customer service since I went there. I took my Subaru Forrester there for a service which was carried out as per Subaru's servicing schedule. As part of the service the bash plate panel that goes from the front of the vehicle and under the engine had to be removed. However it was never refitted.
