I've been meaning to leave this review for some time but I just haven't got around to it. I can see this dealer hasn't improved their customer service since I went there. I took my Subaru Forrester there for a service which was carried out as per Subaru's servicing schedule. As part of the service the bash plate panel that goes from the front of the vehicle and under the engine had to be removed. However it was never refitted.
