Ron and Kerry were great at finishing a wood stove and chimney install that I had started with great customer service and attitudes.
Ron came out and fixed my 20plus yr old pellet stove. He was very professional.
This is a picture of my chimney pipe after they cleaned the stove and chimney. It was taken 40 minutes after they were done and ran a 3 minute test burn. Said they would come back next business day first thing in the morning. I sent them a video of this and what they left inside on the stove which was a smeared glass, debris all over the floor and pot that still had vent wholes in cleaned. Albany Stoves beats Amazon Prime for expertise, convenience and customer service- shop local first. We really appreciate having Albany Stoves to turn to when our gas stoves are acting up. They're dependable and courteous. We just had to replace our remote for the second time in 18 years which is great but it is sort of expensive for a remote, $160 for the one we use at Albany Stoves. We are happy to pay a little more for the convenience of getting it right now so we were surprised to find it was actually a better price than ... read more
