Long time occupant. It was one of the only things in Albany that didn’t flood in 2016. That was a plus to continue there. New management company took over a while back and started raising the rent and then forced me to have insurance on the unit, originally through their insurance carrier. Cost for units are too high now. They have a modern system for entrance into units until an issue happens then it can be up to two weeks before access is again granted. The lady was nice on the phone thanks for being patient with me cuz I'm kind of old school but the second lady told me I had unit 5 or 05 or something and I told her they had a lock on that she told me to cut the lock if I had some both colors so I went home to get the boat colors and as I was told to cut them it was just too hard so I had a friend come help but then I realized the unit across from me was 505 or something they would anyway it was empty so I just took that one very clean place
10/10 would recommend this facility.
Terrible. You can’t access your unit when the key pad has been broken for about a month yet they hound you for payment!!! More than just an inconvenience !Extra charges for lock they are to provide but don’t!!! Terrible Service!
Staff is always dependable and are always there to help. Honestly some of the best people around. No hassle and straight to the point. Would rent here any time
