Great, helpful personnel
I was with this storage for a year or more. I canceled around the beginning of November and was charged on November 5th but was dealing with my mom’s death so I didn’t notice. On December 5th I was charged again then when I finally got someone on the phone I was told that they seen my cancellation and they forgot to take me off auto pay. I was only refunded for December and was told I can’t get refunded for November because it was already processed or something so don’t use autopay and if you do keep a eye on your account
Update to my last post. Heard from the young lady that manages 4 of the rental facilities. Nice of her to reach out to me address my concerns.
