I broke my front tooth and he was AMAZING. It sounds weird but I’m almost thankful I broke it again because it looks better than the previous dentist that had fixed it twice before during a separate event which lead to the fracture. I should mention that during my first visit (for X-rays) I wasn’t very nice and although he was booked out weeks in advance, he squeezed me in within a few days because he cares. Thank you!

After over a decade of numerous Dentists & failed attempts to help me…. FINALLY found Dr Andrew Frank! (Well, my awesome Oral Surgeon Dr Christopher Reilly told me). Amazing transformation from the VERY first visit. Guided & told me exactly what needed to be done. After a long haul of oral surgery.. braces….Dr Frank gave me back my teeth!! Couldn’t be happier & can’t recommend him enough. Plus, he has the most AMAZING staff ever!!! NEVER-LEAVING-DR-FRANK :)
I usually do not write reviews but my experience here was an exceptional one. After seeing multiple dentists and going through terrible experiences, I was at my wits end. I called Albany Smiles and was pleasantly surprised at how they really seemed to want to help me, regardless of my insurance. I never have experienced such lovely customer service and a dentist who actually listened and heard me out. He was able to fix a tooth that other dentists told me they couldn’t.
