The lady at reception was extremely rude. Her attitude and customer service was woeful, and the business would really be better off without her. I was so affronted by her attitude I went to dog rock chemists and bought the exact same res 10 machine and the exact same mask for $400 less. that's a huge difference, The chemists also told me that they do not charge the $200 plus for the initial consult either. I feel ripped off, and insulted by the staffs attitude and lack of customer service. I could not recommend them to anyon... read more
