Excellent choice! I had a chimney vent that needed removal and the ensuing hole through the roof repaired. John and Marina were friendly, personable and professional. They quickly answered the email request and came to survey the job the next day. Communication was straight forward and clear. We Had a leaky skylight. Was able to come right away and remove it and patch the hole in the same day. Showed us how it was installed incorrectly and checked the other one we have to make sure it won’t leak. John was great to deal with and did a great job!
Driver was swerving all over the road, coming to a complete stop at green lights, constantly looking at their phone while driving. When the light would turn green after a red light, he would not go for at least 4 seconds, because he was constantly looking down at something. When I called the number on the back of the truck to inform somebody, the man on the phone hung up on me. Super nice ! Please tell your drivers to do better.
