Staff was wonderful. Very comforting. I had 2 procedures on the same eye today. Got there at 8:15 and out by 10:45. They are extremely efficient and caring.
I had both eyes done within two weeks and this surgery center was excellent. The whole staff was friendly and professional. They made it a very nice experience.
These folks have a great team to shepherd you through the daunting experience of eye surgery.
Kind of a production line of folks lined up in reclining chairs on wheels waiting for eye surgery (mostly cataracts). Very efficient. Staff were attentive and friendly, trying to keep patients comfy. I arrived at my scheduled time of 8:15 am and was heading out the door at 10:40. While I can’t say “I loved it” (nothing to “love” about eye surgery), I still give the facility 5 stars.
They are very attentive there yet still have a humor about them that makes a patient feel relaxed. Thank you all for your kindness.
