Never in my life have I experience such a amount of disrespect that I received today from the older gentlemen in the office. I've worked in customer service for 10+ years. I know this is not the way to conduct business. He was very unprofessional, I would never recommend Albany Property Management to anyone. Extremely glad that I dodged this bullet and never signed a lease with them. Glad I saw what I was about to get my family into.
