I am extremely disappointed in the company. Do not rent 1160 West Vine Street Lebanon. The unit was filthy. Trash in the garage as well as the backyard. They didn't tell me that debera Shaffer would be harassing all the tenants. And calling law inforcment daily. Then we got a 30 day no cause notice after are neighbors dog attacked our son. When we have doctor's notes for our dogs. And they were not allowed to have that dog. Then Terry wanted us to settle for a 1000 on our deposit. I've been in an Albany property management rental for nearly ten years. They are great! They've always been there if a maintenance issue should occur. I've had zero bad experiences. Hands down the best property management company I've dealt with!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place to be honest. I rented from Terry for a few years and he was absolutely so helpful and understanding of things especially if you talk to him about everything and do your best at keeping the place clean and trying to get your rent in on time. If it wasn't for him I really wouldn't have been in the position I was in.
