We love our new home so much. APM made the move so quick and efficient, and they are great at communicating. Our rent is much more affordable for us than other places we have stayed (which is hard to say about basically any rentals right now). I hope we can stay here for many years.
We have been here for nearly 7 years ..They have followed through with repairs and maintenance in a timely manner. We enjoy bring here .
Rented a duplex that I had to clean. They tenant moved out place wash trashed, a certified crack home. I agreed to that cause they said I could move in earlier this way. When I left the place was so clean it looked picture perfect I used a professionall cleaning company. Get this, after I moved out and was a perfect tenant and took care of it as it was my own home, they stil took my deposit for cleaning fees. Just completely made up scammers, watch when you sleep at night scammers I’m coming for you.
Extremely unprofessional and unethical practices. Submitted an application according to their instructions, was told by Sandy via phone I did not need to pay at that time to be considered and could wait to view the property later TODAY, and that I would be the first applicant. Let them know I had a roommate - was never told they had to submit a separate document (which I should've known, but still was never told). Submitted an app at 11am and NEVER heard back - until I was told at 3pm my showing was cancelled due to another ... read more
