I've been in an Albany property management rental for nearly ten years. They are great! They've always been there if a maintenance issue should occur. I've had zero bad experiences. Hands down the best property management company I've dealt with!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place to be honest. I rented from Terry for a few years and he was absolutely so helpful and understanding of things especially if you talk to him about everything and do your best at keeping the place clean and trying to get your rent in on time. If it wasn't for him I really wouldn't have been in the position I was in.

Great managers, they really care about people.
We love our new home so much. APM made the move so quick and efficient, and they are great at communicating. Our rent is much more affordable for us than other places we have stayed (which is hard to say about basically any rentals right now). I hope we can stay here for many years.
