I am writing this review for the EXEPTIONAL customer service my boyfriend and I have received from Jacquatta at Albany Area Primary Health Care. We recently moved out of state and needed help with getting original copies of his past visit. She went above and beyond helping us with everything we needed and was promptly responsive in regards to the communication both via phone and emails. Doctors and nurses are very friendly and kind. They listen to your concerns and try to help you.
There so nice& down to earth
Unprofessional and inconvenient. I've been forgotten about In the lobby because the sign in page was lost although it was only me and one other patient there. Was rescheduled, appointment was cancelled once I arrived. Rescheduled again and waited over 2 hours in the lobby, to still never see a nurse for my daughter's shots. The communication is terrible, the fridge that holds meds shouldn't stay broken. Combining pediatric with elderly was the worst move y'all made.
