The online setup is very easy. I had also called in to order a second unit and customer service was very friendly and accommodating.
Easy sign up ans affordable
Ever since storage sense took over for Albany post storage the customer service has gone to hell. They put key locks on your unit when you are a few days late but have a code lock system which is supposed to be set up. They lose your card information and force you to create an online account with them.
