Just tried to access my storage unit and the gate would not open,tried 3 times, said access permitted and gate would not open.Called the number on the gate and was told by the woman that it might be fixed in 2 days, today being 5/20 and that it may be fixed by 5/22. What in the hell are people suppose to do that need to get their belongings or drop off their belongings? I guess you have to wait for them to make a simple repair on the gate when it is convenient for them. Completely unacceptable for a business of this type! Th... read more
The online setup is very easy. I had also called in to order a second unit and customer service was very friendly and accommodating.
