I wanted to take a minute to rave about Jimmy and Lisa who took excellent care of us while we transition our father into the Fort Erie area. From start to finish Jimmy and Lisa have welcomed us and made the process in securing a home easy, comfortable and stress free. The facilities at 1 Albany place are top notch, the residents are lovely and it is extremely clean and well maintained. I loved it there, just moved out the end of Dec, and was there for 5 wonderful years, on the 8th floor, and my dining room window looked out onto the River. Amazing sunsets, spotted an Eagle, and also a red tailed hawk staring at me on the tree outside my window. The highlight was seeing the full eclipse from my balcony, woohoo!! Very well maintained, and spotless. Jimmy Lisa and Bob are right there if you need any repairs or help with anything. I highly recommend!!
I have lived here for 3 years, I love that it is a very secure and well maintained property. The view of the Peace Bridge and the Niagara River from my apartment is breathtaking just another bonus to living here. Lisa, Jimmy and Bob are the best, extremely helpful and they make this a very good place live.
