I absolutely love waiting on the phone for 10 minutes and then being hung up on. Very much appreciated... Not to mention when I was called back and I asked the woman if I could get an appointment earlier than April, she proceeded to go through the doctors one by one, giving me appointments in May and June. A simple yes or no would suffice.
My appointment was on time, the staff were friendly, the doctor took the time to listen to my questions and gave me suggestions to try, the examination was thorough, and I was finished with my biennial appointment in under an hour. I am very satisfied with my visit.
