After hours receptionist is one of the most disheartening and unsympathetic people I’ve ever encountered. Called with an urgent request in regards to my pregnancy and this woman was incredibly rude, short, and super unhelpful. She also did not know if they were associated with Albany Med and said “I don’t think so”. She should not work in a patient facing role or working at an establishment where she cannot provide basic information.

I am sitting in the waiting room listening to your employee Sierra apparently a Lead receptionist talk on the phone and to her co workers. All I can say is wow! “Ya’ll better remember I got a baby at home. I am the damn lead now you better not be calling out for Tuesday. I came because I like my OB so much I followed her . Right from the beginning, very first appointment, my experience was AWFUL. I waited an HOUR past my scheduled appointment and was told not to pee because the nurse would want a urine . Then when I FINALLY go back, the nurse doesn’t even take a urine sample. I literally called just to be on hold for 20 minutes just for the male staff member to hang up on me. This place has gone extremely downhill. I've been going here since I was a teen and I'm going elsewhere

I've been going to this practice for over 20 years, through my childbirthing years and now into perimenopause. They are wonderful. The NP I see is probably the best medical professional I've ever had. When I was having issues she got me in quickly and wasted no time ordering further tests, coming up with a treatment plan, and modifying what wasn't working.
