Got seen right away
You can't get anyone to return your call. I was on hold for over 30 minutes the 7 times I tried to call. Not a good experience.
I am not coming to this practice anymore. I had an appointment last week, arrived and was told they made a mistake and I could not be seen by anyone. I drove 45 minutes. Got the day off and I was refused. I made another appointment and I got notices to confirm two appointments for two other patients and their birthdays, names and ages were disclosed to me. I have been a patient of Albany Obstetrics and Gynecology since I was 19. I loved Dr. Brosnan and now Dr. Cartwright. She is always so attentive and gets to the root of your concerns immediately .
