Right now… two stars. I came back thinking this place would be better. Disorganized, ultrasound technicians are mad at life and really need to have an attitude check. nurses dont communicate, missed information. People seem overworked which is understandable but…. Customer service eh? I dont come in all pissed off at everyone even though im stressed out with work and life. Maybe ill change the stars after my next appt but i keep kicking myself in the butt thinking it will be different…
Front end office is disrespectful in person and call wait times are outrageous I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes to schedule an appointment and I’ve been “next in cue” for 10. This has been this way for years and nothing is ever done about it.
Generally the providers are good, however it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of someone at scheduling, and actually impossible to get ahold of someone competent. I know things like that are minor, but it’s very frustrating!
The receptionist department needs to be retrained! We arrived on time to our appointment however the computers were down and the line was long. By the time we got to the desk was 10 min past our appointment and they had the audacity to tell us we were late and missed our appointment.
