I had a pleasant experience at this salon. Angel, my tech was very sweet. I’ve passed this salon for years on my way to get my nails done someplace else and little did I know there was a gem right near me.
Albany Nail Spa has a lovely environment. Nail techs are friendly and professional. If you want to unwind and relax, get a pedicure!
My Mom and I went here this morning for pedicures!! They were very nice and professional. They were gentle with my Mom and extra careful. Very sweet and accommodating. They came out so cute!! Very pleased!! We can’t wait to go back for manicures next time!!
I guess they forgot that sometimes you may cross people that will understand the same language you may speak even if it’s not often. While definitely not my first language, I still speak 6. But to sum it up, they complained about my nails and how grooved they were. They all mocked and laughed for a while and She annoyed and sarcastically asked another worker if he would rather changing places with her who was teasing her about having to do mine.
