It took 3 people to try to take out blood for testing and neither of the 3 could get enough blood to run tests. They had to do the potassium test 3 times and each time had a different result. This picture only shows one of the locations they attempted to take blood out. Not once did a real doctor speak to me about my symptoms. At the end when leaving, the staff made it sound like I didn’t have any real symptoms and tried to say my upper abdominal pain was due to something in my uterus. This place is very gross. Very concerned about their security - a man was smoking at the ER entrance and then followed me to my car. You are much better off going to Albany Med.
