This place is very gross. Very concerned about their security - a man was smoking at the ER entrance and then followed me to my car. You are much better off going to Albany Med.

I can't thank the staff enough. I was admitted for heart palapitations, which threw me into an anxiety attack. I walked into the ER and was adressed right away. Unlike Albany Med. I went around 6pm so it was night staff, and they were all amazing. Shootout to Bianca, she was especially fantastic and patient with me. All stuff that I encountered were so kind, patient, and most importantly LISTENED to me. Which is a hard thing to come by these days..
