A very thorough, friendly and professional staff from checking in to the nurses and the attending PA.
I've noticed that the ONLY good reviews are dated 2017, 5-6 years old, all newer ones are 1 star only!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! HORRIBLE service, incompetent, understaffed (or so they say) staff, no care at all. It's 5 AM, we've been here for 9 hours already- waiting in the COLD, FILTHY general room, UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIRS, along with the other 9 people that have not been taken care of either. Paramedics recommended we come here to the ER. It is absolutely FILTHY, I had to ASK a nurse to come in to check on my husband after he was brought here by ambulance, and we’ve been here almost 2 hours and have not seen a doctor yet.
They promptly got me in and addressed my concerns. I felt safe, comfortable, and in good hands.
No doctor ever came in, 7 hours there. Very strange Physician Asst came in twice and sat out in nurses area all day. Weirdest ER visit ever, don't bother going unless its urgent care type issue.
