Arrived at 1:40 for a 1:45 appt and they cancelled on the spot and rescheduled me for three months later.
The front desk person was so rude. I had an urgent matter and had to go to the emergency room all because she hung up on me and had an attitude because I expressed certain concerns. She was so disrespectful, rude and nasty. It’s honestly sad. I pray she find peace within her soul. I am also suing this practice, because I was bleeding out and she was so nasty to me and didn’t even care or show no remorse! So disgusting and disgraceful

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my appointment at 1:15 PM today. Despite calling to confirm, I was turned away upon arrival and told my slot was actually at 1:00 PM. Furthermore, I never received the intake forms that was supposed to be send by mail that I was expected to have ready. Due to this poor coordination , Dr Goyer declining the visit, and lack of respect for my time, I have decided to cancel all future appointments and seek care elsewhere.
