I liked Dr. Kogan, but my daughter needs a recheck ultrasound scheduled and the order was never sent to the ultrasound office. I have tried calling everyday for a week. There is an option to request a call back by hitting the star key, but it's not actually working, and just returns me to the on-hold music. Very frustrating.
