Very disappointed with the Service today, My mother was scheduled for a follow up ultrasound to confirm venous insufficiency. The ultrasound tech was fantastic 5 of 5, but after the ultrasound was completed they left her sitting there waiting for 1hr undressed, I stepped out to find out what where the doctor was as she was supposed to have a follow up with Dr. Laser, they sent someone in to take her vitals and then the a nurse practitioner who did not know any history, and started off by trying to talk her into elective surg... read more
Dr. Warner was the best — so sweet and patient. I had been to so many doctors looking for a Lipedema diagnosis that I was so sure I had but nobody validated me until I saw Dr. Warner. She finally gave me my diagnosis and sent referrals to manage it. Would recommend her if you suspect you may have Lipedema!
Dr. Laser and the Albany med vascular team are absolutely the best. I had a pretty complicated procedure and they handled it flawlessly, professionally. Highly highly recommend!
I tried to make appointment for my father today and when I called the phone that we suppose to call to make appointment they kept transferring me to the surgery department and I left the message for the surgery department and explained the case and didn't receive a call back from them so please I need someone to speak with me or just put another phone number that the people will actually be helpful for you and not laughing at you on the other side it's not respectful at all really to have this experience such a great doctor ... read more
