Dr.Bialowas did my top surgery and I can’t recommend her enough! She made me so comfortable throughout the whole thing and has a lovely personality. I thank her so much for doing these surgeries and for giving me the chance to live my life authentically. Still healing but my results are looking great so far!
The office wouldn't book an appt. With a Dr. Unless I saw a Nurse first. I came in thinking it would routine triage with nurse for my HS condition. Instead they try to block patients getting services and Teresa was so dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up seeing two dermatologists who highly recommend I get surgery. I do not recommend this facility and don't see nurse Teresa.
The staff at this practice is very mixed. One staff member was very rude to my wife, also there was some very lazy front desk staff. The problem is the facility handles orthopedic patients who have undergone surgery, yet there are no wheelchairs available but the staff can get you one if I was the right color skin.
