The Butcher Surgeon
Dr. Galaţi’s office staff lacks the appropriate training, and professionalism which ultimately is the responsibility of the doctors and the people they hire. After waiting three weeks for an appointment, intake info given at time of making the appointment I received a call 40 minutes prior to my appointment that Dr. Galati would not be seeing me. The staff was friendly and professional. You couldn't ask for a more, the doctor had a positive, professional and explained everything that we understood it all. The doctor listened to our concerns and working with us. Very good experience
Was recommended by family and not disappointed! She is thorough and caring.
Dr Galati was extremely professional and explained everything in a clear and plain manner to me. I would highly recommend her But I am not impressed when the nursing staff tells me he is very busy and that I could search on my own to find a facility for a biopsy closer to my home. Left a message for the nurse a week ago. Still waiting to hear back.
