if we could give 0 stars, im sure all of us would. Whats the point of being an established patient if you still have to wait several months in order to recieve care? I called to schedule an appointment because ive been on my period for a MONTH, this is my SECOND time experiencing this issue. Each time, I get told its fine, not that big of a deal and it would be an "annual" exam because i havent gotten one "recently". Horrible place refused to listen to my wife misdiagnosed her and almost killed our baby causing my wife to go from perfect vaginal birth candidate to emergency c section do not let these quacks anywhere near anyone you care about.
I just called to make an appointment for my partner, this guy hung up on me.
The doctors and nurses are amazing, however my problem is with the front desk. Some receptionists are welcoming and amazing, however today there was a very rude receptionist, if you don’t like your job it’s not my problem.
My surgeon is phenomenal, but the nurses here do not care about you and you have to continually ask for help/items you need for hours, my roommate was saying the same.They act completely irritated that you need help and Karen, nurse, walked out of the room while I was talking to her
