Very disappointed with my experience here. The only true communication is through the patient portal, messages are not answered in a timely matter and they get passed from one department to another. I waited months to have a procedure scheduled, because they do not do that in the doctors office. Scheduling never scheduled me. I finally switched out of the practice to have it done, but I have no encountered problems getting my records transferred. Told to do it through portal, I did, and the records were never transferred, I ... read more

I had a very positive experience with this office. I read the reviews beforehand and was apprehensive but I must say the scheduling staff and front desk were warm, welcoming and supportive through appointments, scheduled surgery and aftercare. I was referred to Dr. Cohen for treatment of my cervical cancer, he is kind, informative with great bedside manner. The nurses were also amazing during the process. I don't understand how this place is still open. I am trying to schedule a surgery, was told I would be reached out to but never received anything. I have been calling for two weeks and no one picks up the phone. I shouldn't have to leave multiple voicemails for something that is your job. Exhausted.
I had a great experience with this practice. My Drs, Dr. Deverdis, Dr. Cohen & Dr. Grimes were wonderful, as were the med techs that took my vitals and the medical students that participated in the exams. I had no issues with the office staff. Follow-up care after my surgery was phenomenal! The nurses who respond to the post-op calls were very responsive, took my concerns seriously, and when they did not have an answer to my questions themselves, always followed up with the surgeon & got back to me by the end of the day.
