DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THEM. I was having a miscarriage and they refused to even let me speak with a nurse. They did not have a single care and treated me with such disrespect while my baby was actively dying inside of me. Never will i come back, they are horrible. I wouldn’t recommend you go either if you’re pregnant, they have no regard for you or your baby
This would be a great place to be seen for your high risk pregnancy, if the front office staff and schedulers weren’t so rude and hard to get in touch with. Horrible experience with one of their providers, Robin Knapp CNM. I had an appointment with her that went well. As a first time mom, i brought up my concerns honestly. Following the appointment, I was in the reception area and overheard her recapping all my concerns to an unknown person quite rudely. To me it sounded like she was making fun of me and the things I spoke about. Even the receptionist had to ask her to keep her voice down. I did confront her and all she could say was she was sorry. Be cautious if you are a patie... read more
