The multitude of one-star reviews should be a red flag to anyone considering this office. While the front desk staff were professional and helpful, the visit with Yvonne Coiteux, NP, was extremely disappointing. We normally see Dr. Stetzer, who is thorough and attentive, but this appointment fell far short of that standard. The NP was unable to answer questions, spent much of the visit with her back to us, and her evaluation of my mother—who has late-stage Alzheimer’s—was limited to asking her to squeeze her hands. The after... read more

I saw Gwen Zeigler for a neurology appointment after my original Dr. had left the practice. I have serious neurological concerns, that I had been working with my previous Dr. on. This new person came into the exam room extremely disheveled, and seeming anxious . They were very interruptive when I was trying to convey my health concerns, not letting me speak. I started and stopped a conversation three times due to being interrupted , and after that I gave up. They were throwing ideas at me that had nothing to do with the issu... read more

My family member was referred for evaluation when we observed a decline in her memory and cognitive function. The soonest appointment was nearly a year out. Despite additional calls, pleading for a sooner evaluation when her decline progressed, she passed 3 months prior to the appointment. It shouldn’t be this hard to get neurological care — her passing may have been inevitable, but some answers could have brought our family comfort.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of providers in the capital region, it is extremely difficult to be seen. We had been working with my grandmother's primary care practioner since August 2024 regarding fairly sudden onset memory impairment, and, despite my calls and pleas for a sooner appointment, the earliest she could be seen was 05/16/2025. If anyone is looking to be seen, call ASAP and/or be ready to travel elsewhere, because my grandmother passed away in February, still waiting to see a neurologist. New York State... where... read more

I was referred to Dr. Spanaki for a history of staring spells, just to make sure they weren't caused by epilepsy (I have since learned they are caused by FND). During my visit with her, she was extremely rude. She made me feel stupid for even thinking there was a possibility of me having epilepsy, she told me I "just needed therapy" for my staring spells, and implied they were caused by my ADHD, which makes zero sense. When she saw that I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Molho for my tics, she implied that I was lying a... read more
