My husband was referred after having a stroke. In the hospital, October 2025, I confirmed that the PA would be the one to complete forms for my work absence. The forms weren't completed and I called on Halloween to inquire. After the phone tree, I was told that the PA didn't work there. He said he did. The nurses' station said he did and the internet showed he did. I called back to inquire about the follow up appointment with an NP to see what was said about that. BEWARE. I have been suffering with severe neurological issues for FIVE years. I was referred here 5 years ago, where I was evaluated for under 5 minutes and told I have functional neurological disorder, and then told I need to see a therapist. I told them that doesn’t explain the renal tubual acidosis and k+ dependency. They said to me verbatim that has nothing to do with this and that they can’t consider those symptoms. 3 years later I retuned with a chiari diagnosis for advanced care by my neurologist (Ian Sherman). I had been going to this office for some time and I was generally satisfied until I questioned my treatment plan for complex regional pain syndrome. When I asked about my plan of care, alternative treatments and seeing specialists, Kristen Czosnykowski, NP responded with unbelievable rudeness and accused me of “cherry picking doctors.” I would caution others who want an open and collaborative care team.
