Avoid this hospital at all costs. They are quick to take your insurance information and to jump to conclusions. When asked for more details or when we disagreed with course of treatment we were told there were no other options. When we asked for the test results (toxicology) so we could make an informed decision on the next course of treatment for our daughter, we were thrown in to the sea of red tape and 3 days later, we still don't have records and Albany Medical Center did what they wanted to do without our agreement (not... read more
