RecommendedHad surgery yesterday and wanted to say to everyone who took care of me a giant thank you! Everyone was so nice helpful and professional. I wish I could thank each of them for making having surgery not so bad. Thank you dr syeda, Lindsay, mike, christianna, Jerome, Carrie and anyone else who helped me. Thank you with all my heart for going to work everyday amidst the craziness so people like me can continue to receive medical care❤️
Very disappointed in AMC staff they really need to rethink staffing.Numerous occasions of violating patients rights.These incidents occurred with a lot of unanswered questions.With staff like this working in the building there’s no telling how many patient cases that they’ve ruined or other staff members that they’ve misinformed on proper protocol.
Every staff member I dealt with on my surgery day was excellent. So glad I went there.
I've been sitting here almost 3hrs. this a joke. my blood pressure is high. I don't feel good. but im just supposed to sit here. like wtf. Albany urgent is mad slow. you'd think a hospital that us staffed to the guilds would have a faster service
I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr.Gildener-Leapman and entire staff at Albany Med who was involved in my care on September 29. I underwent a successful parotid gland tumor removal surgery. Dr.Gildener-Leapman did a miracle with my face and neck. I will be forever thankful. Also thank you to Dr Lee, anesthesiology team, nursing team. You all made me and my husband feel at ease and welcomed. I am so thankful for the great care I received. Sincerely, Nataliya Hinrichs
One of the worst experiences in my life made worse.
Delivered my son here in June and my experience was amazing. Every nurse and doctor I dealt with was great and eased my mind. The nurses over in postpartum were great too. I will definitely deliver here again.
I’m sitting here right now and I’m starting to think the ER staff are all on break. It’s 2am and staff slowed right down around 12am. Working at a snails pace or they don’t staff the night shift. I’m just not getting the impression they care! Just another day to them with no compassion.
Not given anything for pain, got sent home without any answers.
