We have had positive interactions with all of the staff. Including but not limited to - NP, DRs, techs, lab techs, front of the house staff, and Michael the Practice Manager. The restrooms are tidy but the only thing I did note w having mostly morning appointments, the exam rooms could be mopped end of day or before morning appointments. Realistically that is likely a Building Mgmt issue and outside of the Practice’s control bc everything else is seamless which is why we still give 5 stars.

Horrible..the service here has declined SIGNIFICANTLY!! You'll be lucky to get a call back from a Nurse, or anyone for that matter. The prescription refill request is a joke. The Pediatricians don't review the patient's charts prior to entering the room and you have to pry answers out of them including needed prescriptions. The office is always empty so i don't understand why the call wait time is on an 20min average at the LEAST..the last call i was on hold for almost 30 minutes; I put the speaker phone on and muted the cal... read more

I do not know whats going on at the Albany medical center, Since Thursday September 18, 2025 I'm call to make an appointment for my child, today September 22, 2025 I called three times, I still do not receive any call back and I do not succeed to make an appointment. It's really disgusting to call one after one and couldn't make an appointment.
