If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience ever. We had this appointment for two months. Her doctor sent all of her medical records over multiple times. We saw Dr. Reichert. She didn’t care anything that we had to say. She cut us off, didn’t look at any medical records, and didn’t listen to a thing we said. An hour and 20 minute ride, to be belittled and disrespected by a medical professional who’s suppose to be HELPING. We called our pediatrics to have our records sent down again. If I could give zero stars I would! Do not go to this ENT if your baby needs a tongue or lip tie revision. He doesn’t believe this is a real solution to help with breastfeeding and said he doesn’t do revisions on infants. Period. Warning to moms who need this done for their babies. Do not go to this man. He believes babies who have revisions do not nurse better and that it’s all in the mother’s head. He’s demeaning and arrogant.
