I’m very annoyed! Firstly she has two locations and it was not revealed to me which location I was scheduled for. I CALLED BOTH LOCATIONS and because my appointment was scheduled early no answer. I drove 26 MINUTES to the Clifton Park location in which I was 15 minutes late trying to figure out where she was. Both doors were locked!!! MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 8am but the office doesn’t open until 8:30am!!!!! I had seen Dr. Martha Dexter for years. I drove 40 minutes just to see her because she was so through and personable. The last interaction I had with her was mediocre. I have a few issues going on and instead of taking care of me, she suggested I go somewhere else. To me that's ridiculous. So now I have to find a new dr after having trust in her for years!!! Are there really any good Dr's left anymore???!!!

I’ve always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dexter and this office. They are always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Dexter is extremely thorough and always follows up/is on top of everything- including recent research etc that she educates you on. She has a wonderful, pleasant and relaxing demeanor. Highly recommend

My complain is about their answering service. No one don't answer it's a hour wait. I had a missed call from a provider. I called the office on my lunch break hoping to speak to someone about my issues and appointment. No respond for 30 fl minutes. Albany med you need to do something. Hire more staff pay more.
