They have now lost my 168 pages of medical records FOUR TIMES. They were faxed twice and mailed twice and they cannnot find a thing. I am so frustrated, I wish I could leave less than one star. Instead I am filing a HIPAA violation. This is ridiculous.
I am really impressed by this office. It’s a little hard to get in because they are booked up with patients, but everyone I interacted with was highly professional, caring, and pleasant. The office staff are organized and friendly, and the nurses and doctor I saw were excellent and took time to listen to my concerns and to explain the medical issues very thoroughly.
This place never answer the phone, never return the call ans simply dont care about the patients care. Its been 3 weeks since my other doc send paperwork to them and I call them almost every day and nobody answers or returns the call. Shame! They are absolutely ridicules. What kindnof care they are providing if they dont give ...about you!
I tried to contact office to give an update on someone, at 1030 am you decided your office was closed and shunted me to a useless answering service. After a ridiculous time on hold, I gave up. I understand you are busy. So am I. Have the decency to provide a voicemail. This way i'm not clogging up your phones, and you're not wasting my time. I hate Albany medical center and thank God I'm moving away
