Dr. Hongalgi has been my personal nephrologist for years, now. I’ve suffered from chronic kidney disease all my life. Last year, I was placed on dialysis, and this year I endured a failed organ transplant. At all times, I received the best and timeliest of care from Dr. Hongalgi and his staff in his Albany practice, and in the dialysis center he manages in East Greenbush. He was so understanding when he explained to me about my kidneys giving out. I was very freaked out, so bad that I left the room (his office at the old Child’s Hospital). It was so upsetting to me.
