Can't get anyone to call you back with test results. Keep saying they will call back and never do. Awful. Would not recommend
Struggle to get an appointment when needed for pain in side. Ended up seeing GP and diagnosed with kidney stones! Saw Nephrologist previous to this event with no labs done before appointment waste of time.

I have been seeing Dr. Hongalgi for several years since the removal of my right kidney. He has been managing my CKD in my remaining kidney. I have a very complex medical history, including rare genetic diseases. I go to Boston for all of my medical care, seeing 5 specialists. I choose to see Dr. Hongalgi here in Albany to manage my kidney disease because of his compassion, concern and expertise in managing my CKD. Dr. Eisele diagnosed me accurately and properly instructed me as to what I should do next, to improve my condition. Excellent “bedside manner”. Obviously, he has a wealth of expertise in his profession. I trust him implicitly.
