I am not a patient..my wife is.. but what an incredible experience..so kind , professional and caring..procedure was with Dr. Hasak but the staff from the receptionist to the nurse were so awsome

Terrible start to the relationship. Was put on Tremfya for crohns, given a whole plan. And was told to wait for labs and insurance approval. A month and a half later I had to call my insurance to see what was going on. They called the Dr's only to find my medication had been switched, not submitted to them, and I hadn't received a call about anything... mind you these are meds/Injections with set scheduled doses, lab work needed, and planned pattern of administration.
