Terrible start to the relationship. Was put on Tremfya for crohns, given a whole plan. And was told to wait for labs and insurance approval. A month and a half later I had to call my insurance to see what was going on. They called the Dr's only to find my medication had been switched, not submitted to them, and I hadn't received a call about anything... mind you these are meds/Injections with set scheduled doses, lab work needed, and planned pattern of administration. I was brutalized and held against my will. I did nothing wrong. I was trying to leave. They chained me to a bed twice. Apparently you can be held against your will. Don’t agree to go to their driver program.
Had a colonoscopy this morning.. All of the Doctors,nurses and receptionist were very pleasant and knowledgeable! Made a not so great exam so much better! Thank you for your kindness! It meant alot!
