Very friendly. Professional and quick in and out. Thank you to the staff for making my visits pleasant.
Simon is good, but the rest of this office is awful. stay away. especially his medical assistant cynthia. she ignored all of my calls for 3 weeks because she didn’t want to fill out paperwork.
This office is a nightmare. Stay away! I loved working with Shimon. He was always very thorough. I put up with the disorganized office to continue seeing him. I was out of town and had forgotten my medication. I called the office saying I needed some medication. His assistant refused because I needed an appointment. I was more than willing to make an appointment in two weeks. Since I was out of town I couldn’t make an appointment sooner. She still refused. I've been three times now and I found that he was friendly and made me feel comfortable, from the start. He is very knowledgeable and took time to explain things. He asked me to tell how I was feeling and took time to listen. When I had biopsies done he explained things along the way and made a scary thing feel safe. I always am made to feel like I am in very good hands. The office staff is always friendly and courteous.
