I have a huge bruise on my arm. The phlebotomist did not know how to draw a proper sample. They had to stick me several times. This apparently ruined the sample. I have good veins and my primary care has never had any problems getting a blood sample. I have cancer and getting a good blood sample is really important for blood levels. I was told that the sample was hemolyzed when I asked about it in the patient portal I was told by somebody from the clinic that this happens all the time. To make appointment I had to waited on hold 29 minutes!!!!!
The medical staff is quite good, but the administrative staff has become completely incompetent. It not only took 3 phone calls before someone called me back to schedule an appointment, but once I arrived, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled WITHOUT my knowledge. But wait, there's more. I returned the following week and was informed that once again my appointment had been cancelled without any notification! The nearest available appointment was a month away.
